AMIYOGINI WELCOMES YOU
So happy you are here! I am a yogini who seeks to weave breath and mindfulness into daily life. I have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for over 15 years. I completed a 100 hour Ashtanga training with Scott Harig in 2012 after attaining a 200 hour certification in ISHTA Yoga. Workshops with master teachers such as Manju Jois, David Swenson and John Campbell as well as meditation lessons have furthered my study of all eight limbs of Ashtanga.
I teach at Pure Yoga NYC and also private vinyasa, pre-natal, and restorative yoga to adults and children of all ages. Beyond the physical practice, I offer consultations on how to incorporate wellness and spirituality in simple ways, each and every day.
Ami means nectar in Sanskrit. I can help you find a sweet path to yoga and beyond!
